Shipping and Delivery

Thanks for shopping at OLIVITO, we take great care in shipping your product and that's why we partner with reputed courier companies in India. Right now, we are shipping in India only.

Important Notice:

We are dispatching Tea to most parts of India! However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement and regulations. We need your wholehearted support!

Indian Delivery

• We dispatch your order in minimum 2 Days.
• Delivery time depend on the Pin code you chose and our shipping Partner delivery time.
• Maximum time of Delivery will be 7-10 Days from the Date of order.
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, dispatches may take 1-4 days. The delivery time and rates vary from place to place.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Whatever cost we incurred to ship the product to you, will be deducted from your refund. This is also applicable for orders where we offer free shipping. The cost of the shipping is actually paid by us for these orders. When you return such items where you availed free shipping, the cost that we incurred from our side to send you the items will be deducted from your refund. Also, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note that weekends, as well as other declared holidays, are not considered working days, since our shipping partners do not work on these days. While we shall fully try to ship all items you have ordered for together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
